Also IE6. Go to tools with alt-t, then options with o, and then control-tab to the programs page.

If you are running ie 7 you can disable the plug-in.

Go to the tools menu and open ad-in's.

Subject: Can't get online

Hi!

I'm having a great amount of difficulty getting online from the main computer I use. I get an error message which reads:

Internet Explorer Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close. The following add-on was running when this problem occured: graphic 362
File: Flash.ocxgraphic 8 Company Name: (Not verified) Macromedia, Inc.
Description: Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 r14 Learn more about
add-ons... Advanced... Continue

I really don't know anything about how computers operate, but I'm assuming that if I remove this file things will be okay. My question is this: If I remove the file will it have a negative impact on speech? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.
