Subject: Cannot find Norton Firewall or Norton Antivirus disabled in the
System Tray

Thank you for your suggestions. I tried this but when I get into the system
tray, I find the following: Norton antivirus; enabled and Norton personal
firewall enabled. However the disabled feature is not in the system tray which
is od. So when It comes to turning them off, what do I do from here?

Also, as you know, daylight savings time will begin in March 2007 and we
will go back to standard time in November. I have windows XP and it adjusts
the time automatically when we go on daylight time or standard time but when we
start setting our clocks up one hour in March 2007 and set our clocks back in
November 2007, will our computers know to adjust the time automatically when
this change takes place or will we have to have a program to do this or do we
have to take some steps to adjust the time when this happens. Thank you for
your help at this time.
