Can I Convert RAX Music Files To MP3 Using JAWS?

My Windows Media Player library will not accept the RAX files that I have in my 
My Music folder.  Is there a way I can use JAWS to convert my RAX files to MP3 
using JAWS?  If so, how do I do it?
