Yes, you need to reauthorize after reformatting. The server only keeps 
track of your authorization information, and how many times you can 
authorize the product. The yes or no as to whether or not the product is 
authorized lies on your computer in the form of your serial number, 
authorization key, and locking code. Those 3, when submitted to the ILM 
service, are exchanged for a 100-digit license number which is saved on 
your computer, and referenced each time JFW starts.

What did you mean by do you lose your count?
