You will need a screen enlarger that works with very high-res settings.  I
am not aware of one right now that can do this.  C.A.D. programs aren't
accessible via screen readers that I know of.

Is there a way for a mechanical engineer losing his sight to continue to do 
computer aided design--with the aid of a screen reader or enlarger?  He 
says that AI-Squared says ZoomText can't do it.  Is there anywhere a 
drawing program that would work with either a screen reading solution or a 
hardware something--Virtouch, maybe?
