spy sweeper is a great program i use it all the time as you said it is a 
little tricky to use with jaws but it is able to be done just route jaws and 
arrow down it will take care of the problem  the registered program is great 
it will moniter the computer all the time and warn you if something like 
this is about to happen again then you can stop it before it happens   glad 
to help  mark
