I have two computers running. On one research it is working perfectly. On the other, running XP home with the latest update to Jaws 11, I can't get research it to look up books or authors on Bookshare. All items are checked in the users settings in the configuration manager. Is there some other setting in there I may have neglected? Other things in research it are working on that machine. Any suggestions?
