Not anymore. Theophilos has just released more than is free, and you can
get the NIV version for like 20 bucks now.

Well, the thing with Theophilos is that the free version only comes with the
KJV and a few other things and unfortunately, assuming you need more than
one version or commentary, the Online Bible might be better, even if you do
have to pay for it, and to get the same functionality out of Theophilos you
have to pay for it, and it's expensive! JAWS will work right out of the box
with Online Bible, so you don't need to have scripts or anything like that.
