Melanie,

     Are you specifying the correct drive letter for your external floppy
drive in the authorization manager dialogue? The manager default is A: but
your external floppy probably is different.  If you go into "My Computer",
you'll be able to see all of your diferent drive letter assignments and
what they are for.

Subject: Authorization on external floppy

Can I install an authorization key using an external floppy drive?  I'm
using HJAuth.exe but its claiming that my install count is 0.  That's not
true since I just moved one from my other hard drive.  I checked before
removing the diskette from the desktop and it did show that the floppy now
had one authorization key remaining.  Why isn't it working when I use the
external floppy?
