Hello Barbara,

After insert a, then try to right arrow to the second file, or down arrow, then when you hear 2 of 2, open and read as usual.

HTH,

Cheryl

Subject: Attachments in Outlook

Hello
I am trying to open a second attachment in Outlook 2002. I am using Windows
XP and JFW 9. I can use insert a to get to the first attachment and open it
but can't seem to get the cursor on the second attachment to open it. Any
ideas?
Thanks
Barbara
