Another quick Thunderbird 3 question

Hi, again, folks.
Well, having solved my problem with getting in and out of messages via the
escape key, I've now discovered something else with Thunderbird 3 that I
know there was a fix for in earlier versions.
How can I configure Thunderbird 3 so that as soon as I open the program, I
come up to my list of in box messages?
Right now, the program opens on some welcome page, and I want to eliminate
that, and get right to my list of in-box messages when starting the program.
