Again, a problem with realplayer

sorry, I'm sure you all are sick of me asking but, I need to know.
I've realplayer but, I'm try itunes and other mp3 files and it tells me I need
to upgrade to "superpass". Before, I buy this, does it work with JAWS 5.0?
And, can I convert itunes files?
I'm trying to make a cd for Mother's Day as a gift.
