Hi Andy, Debbie here;
You should be able to open Adobe Reader 6. on its own and access files through
that.

  Subject: Adobe 5.1/?

  Hi, I am sorry for asking another question. My problem is that I
  uninstalled the adobe 5.1 reader and installed the acrobat 6.0 reader. The
  problem is that when I use windows explorer, it can't open any pdf files
  because it needs to find a program to use to open it. I tried to reinstall
  5.1 but it won't do it. I don't know if jaws is not reading something or
  what.  Any ideas?  Andy
