Admin: Listserver issues...

Some of you may have noticed a rather lacking traffic as far as this
particular list is concerned. That's the result of a bug with the
listserver that, thanks largely to the server administration, has been
corrected... assuming this here message gets through. All should be back to
something resembling sanity now.
