Admin: Apparent issues with the List.

A few of you have been experiencing problems in getting messages from the
list. I just want to reassure everyone, however, that the list itself
appears to be functioning as it normally would. It may simply be technical
difficulties on the part of any number of servers, relays etc between the
list server, and the server from which you receive your email. The best
suggestion I can offer at this point is to consult the archives, and then
contact me. The archives themselves should be up to date, as the list
updates them at the same time it send out the messages, and I can say for
sure that I have received no less email traffic from the list today than on
most other days. That said, if after a day or two of inactivity you find
you are not receiving messages, you should then let me know, so I might
check with the administrators of this server to varify that there are in
fact no problems. As always, if you have further questions related to this
minor difficulty, please don't hesitate to send them in my direction, and
I'll do my best to answer.
