Address from favourites while in O/E

While preparing an e-mail in O/E, what is the best way to include an
internet address from my favourites list?
Presently, I am minimizing the window, going to desktop, selecting internet,
alt--a, gives me favourites, I select desired address, paste it to the
clipboard, alt tab back to my e-mail & paste address into my e-mail.
Question: Is there a more efficient way of doing this?
