AdShieldBlockLists, Anyone?

After running SpyBot and AdAware on a W2K machine several times,
AdShield totally quit working. I re-installed, but the new version
doesn't seem to have the block lists with it. I don't even get a
context menu to "add to block list" anymore. Does anyone have those old
lists, and which AdShield version do I need? Thanks.
