Accessible outlook express language translation tool availability

Good evening everyone:
In my need to acquire an JAWS accessible outlook express language translation
program I have decided to frisk the minds of JAWS users at large.
Thus, what I am searching for is a program/tool that would allow my computer to
translate into English any e-mail letter that it receives and is written in
primarily the Portuguese language and secondarily, the German language.
Alas what I want to happen is when I open up an e-mail that is written in
Portuguese and/or German the foreign language text will be automatically(or if
need be, by manual means by myself) translated into the English language.
Additionally, the program does not necessarily have to be used in conjunction
with outlook express(though that is my preference) but could be a stand alone
or an add on to Microsoft Word. Also free would be the best price to pay for
this lil doohickey but since I am begging and borrowing right now, price is not
an overwhelming obstacle as long as it is JAWS accessible.
To conclude I am using JAWS version 5.00.844 in conjunction with Windows XP
Home edition.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
