Yes, but as far as I know, they can't handle binaries.

  I've used outlook and Outlook Express as my Newsreaders and found them most 
adequate and as accessible for this as they are for general e-mails.  The 
enormous advantage is that Jaws is highly configured to work with them.

    Hi everyone!

    I'm looking for an accessible news reader other than agent or easy news. I 
use jaws 10, and mainly plan on downloading binaries, so it's essential that 
whatever I ultimately choose can handle them efficiently. Any suggestions would
