The following reply is being posted on behalf of Tom Wlodkowski, AOL's
Accessibility Director.
While the AOL software is usable with JAWS, here are a couple of points
you may want to consider.
1) the e-mail feature doesn't offer as many keyboard shortcuts as the
accessible webmail interface. This is because the AOL software predates
webmail and other barriers with this legacy code limit what we can do in
terms of keyboard support.

2) JAWS scripts that power the instant message feature in the AOL
all-in-one software are also not as robust as those currently available
for the stand-alone version of the AIM software (AIM 7.2 now in beta).
3) For optimal performance, AOL recommends using the latest version of
the all-in-one software (AOL 9.5) with JAWS 10 or 11.
