A web site with a funny character

I've been visiting a web site (www.windycitymiataclub.com). The site has 3
frames; 1 being a menu of pages, while a second frame contains the contents
of that page.
If I click on the Schedule link in the menu frame and then go to the second
frame to read the results; virtually every line begins with "polish". No
matter what I do I can't find a character or anything which would make this
word speak.
I'm running the latest version of JAWS, it has done the same thing with
earlier versions, and IE 6, the same results with IE 7.
Go to the site, take a peak and let me know if you can figure anything out.

Thanks.
