  You can turn off mouse over along with other attributes under configuration 
manager under Html options.  Ctrl+Tab to Misc Tab and you will find a check box 
for Indicate Element Attributes.  Just uncheck the box.  You can also use 
Insert+V to do the same thing, but it will  not be permanent.

    I am using version 9 and I have not been able to turn off mouse over in 
internet explorer.  Can any one help with a step by step way of getting it 
turned off.  Thanks for any help.
