In oe, there is a security section under tools/options, you need to make 
sure that you are allowing oe to display all attachments in that dialog.

Hi folks!  Someone has sent me a message with an attached file, but I can't 
see the attachment for some reason.  I have everything set in my OE.  I 
think it has something to do with windows XP SP 2,and the security features.
