FS now designates JAWS with the type of operating system you use. 6.1 comes
in 2 flavors, one for xp/2000, and one for 95/98/me.
So download the version that goes with your
operating system, in other words, if you use windows 95/98/ME, download
that version. if you use xp home, or pro, or windows 2000, download that
version.
As far as the dongle goes, the JAWS 6.x versions look to see if a dongle is
attached before it starts. If it finds a dongle it uses that. If not, it
just starts in regular mode.
