Richard, you're a good guy and have helped me lots in the past, but I really couldn't grasp the concepts he was demonstrating. I could certainly replicate his demonstrations on my machine because I simply needed to listen to his tutoring and the jaws feedback, but I couldn't apply that information to a generalization of the concepts. I will freely state that I stopped listening to the tutorials after about lesson 5 because of my lack of understanding and never did return to them for more than a superficial listening. Like I've always stated, mileage may vary and don't let my experience taint yours and try for yourself. (Heineken happy face)

Well, I will have to disagree with that statement,
I have no programming background, and was able to follow the audio tutorials with no problem.

This is just my opinion, but those tutorials are confusing. He created them with the mindset that the listener would know basic programming terminology. In other words, those tutorials were more confusing than helpful to me. I will state that I am not exactly sure what tutorials you're referring to, but if they are the same ones he presented on Main menu back many years ago, then you will probably get much more out of the FS scripting manual than these tutorials.

would anyone know by any chance if the Script-Writing Tutorial Compact Disk is still being sold by the snow man? I am interested in learning script writing and figure I'd give this a try but my emails from the snowman go unanswered. when i click on the purchase link i am only taken to a paypal page not the page where i can pay for the tut.
