Got it now, thanks Doug.
I should read all my mail before shooting off a message.

Someone else posted code today in this thread that should answer your
question with more a solution than an idea. :)

Actually, this would get me 90 percent of the way there, and much better
than not.
How is it done?

It is possible to write a script that repeats the last line or block of
text, but I doubt it is possible for that script to determine accurately
just how much of that text was spoken as the most recent unit of speech.
Repeating the last line in the buffer would not be hard but might and might
not represent exactly what is wanted, depending on where that line came from
originally.

Hi,

Ok, that is at least better than nothing :) The very last phrase would be
even more useful, but this will do for their needs I think.

There's JAWSKey+Space h, which brings up a virtual buffer of recent
JAWS speech. I use that when I miss something sometimes, though
virtual buffers can sometimes take a moment to appear.

Hi,

Is there a command in JAWS to repeat the last bit of speech JAWS said?
I have a client who would like to have a hotkey to repeat the string
that is said after performing a script function, in case they didn't
quite catch it completely. But I can't seem to find a function for
that. Is there, or will I have to hack it?
