I was also going to attempt to bring up my wife's version of MYOB that runs
on her Macintosh with the built in screen reader to see if that worked,but

We have switched to Quickbooks online which offers a much more accessible
interface especially with Window-Eyes as there are scripts written for it.
I
am able to view most everything with this where as the desktop version was a
total nightmare.
