Pardon my ignorance, but what is Zotero? Joe Orozco "Be ashamed to die until you have won some victory for humanity."--James M. Does that mean that nobody is using Zotero? As an update, I can report that I have managed to open Zotero and tab through the three panes that should show the reference details for the file being viewed. However, I cannot be sure that I can read the details since the use of the three windows is not clear. This is why I would dearly love to hear from anyone who is using Zotero. Since I suspect that it is not working well with JAWS, I would hope to hear from some of our sighted developers and technicians who are using Zotero with advice on what to watch out for. Please respond by even saying that you know nothing rather than ignoring this message. As I said yesterday: I am commencing a research project with an international team of researchers who are using Zotero to track research data. Would anybody have any experience of using the Zotero add-in for Mozilla Firefox with JAWS? I am finding it very difficult to find anyone who can help me. Yours sincerely, Cearbhall E.
