Tj,
TO be honest, it's not really worth scripting. Set it up so that, on
startup, it launches the services you require. When you open v 3.2.1 of the
panel you land on Config. Press this, tab to the autostart of modules
section, tick apache and MySQL and that's it. When you want to start
wordpressing, just launch the panel then close it again and you'll have the
server up.
Of course, you could also load them as windows services, but that's another
story.
