Hi,
Open the default scripts for JAWS 11 and search for the string uia.

Subject: [jawsscripts] UIA functions in jaws 11?

Does anyone know if there are any UIA specific functions in the jaws scripting
language of jaws 11?

I have tried using mostly the same functions was using in jaws 10, along with a
few others, and it still doesn't really return what VS calls the
AutomationProperties descriptive attributes of controls from within WPF forms
etc., so doesn't really seem like the UIA (user interface automation) support
has really been implemented in jaws 11 beta unless I'm really misunderstanding
all of this.

Have also filled in the report from from the beta download page, along with
providing them the download links for the various test apps, etc. etc., but
haven't heard back from FS yet, so was just wondering if missing anything
obvious like differing functions etc. since don't find anything mentioned in
the help files as such.

TIA
