[jawsscripts] JSX with .jgf merging capability

I've updated JSX to merge .jgf files like .jkm and .jcf files. It is at
the usual URL,
http://Empowermentzone.com/jsxsetup.exe
If anyone can test this and report back to the list, I'd appreciate it.
