[jawsscripts] JLS script utilities toolBox installer, was , Control ID and Window Handle the same?

yes, indeed the jls install routine is not simple or straight forward at all
as yet.
it really needs/deserves a decent installer package written for it. that's
really not jim's forte though. I reckon he reeeally
should get someone else to do it for him though eh. any takers?
