You could try pressing insert and escape to refresh how jaws sees the screen.

Hi friends,
I don't know what happened to my operating system. or to my Jaws5.10.
For some days, I go to run and press enter and can't get inside.
It's xp pro os. I asked someone who can see and he told me that it works well
but Jaws doesn't work there well.
Any help is much appreciated
