Hi Susan, it is mainly dependent on how the person created the e-mail, my
fail proof way is if you put your curser on to the first letter of the
website address, and then root your jaws curser to your pc curser, and then
using the numerical key pad press the second key from the left on the top
row of keys, (left mouse click) twice this should help.

can any one tell me, that when i am sent an email with a link for a web site

how some times i am unable to access the links. i press insert f7 and it
just says no
