[jaws-uk] navigating in help menus with a treview interface

I'm having trouble navigating in a classic help menu similar to JFW's in
structure.
I can open the books with righte arrow, find the topic I want to read about
with down arrow, press enter when it is highlighted and f6 to read it. So
far, so good.
How do I then go back to the treeview to shut that book, open another one
and choose another topic.
I've tried every key combination I can think of, can't get there. In the
end, I have to shut the help menu altogether and start again from scratch,
surely there IS a better way.
Please someone, show it to me.
