Hello there,
If the HTML on the web page is not properly tagged for languages,
JAWS will not respond.
One way round the problem might be to:
1 install prooffing tools and appropriate dictionaries to Word.
2 Set word to detect languages automatically.
3. copy and paste contents of web page into word document.
Better still:
write to site owner asking them to re-tab the pages with span
language tags where appropriate.
