[jaws-uk] jaws and ms word

Hello,
I am having a problem with jaws and microsoft word 2003. I am using a
windows xp computer. When I use any of the arrow keys to navigate the
document, jaws doesn't read anything out, it just says blank. This only
happens in word, not in any other programs like wordpad which I use a
lot as well. Any ideas?
