Hi Francis,
Which version of Jaws are you using? I ask this as I did not actually go to
an url, I just used the check for updates option in jaws 8.0 which can be
found under the help menu.
If you go to the help menu in Jaws 8.0 and cursor down to the bottom of that
menu you should land on something that says check for updates... If you then
press enter on that, a screen will come up in which there will appear any
updates that are available.
This screen has a check box next to any available updates and after this has
been checked it seems as if the update begins to download.
I am sure that other list members will help with further descriptions of
that screen if you require them.
