[jaws-uk] hmv website

I'm not sure if I am off topic with this problem with this group, but perhaps
someone could help anyway.
In general, I don't have any problems with the HMV website. However, when I
try to click on to a track title that is listed to be heard as a sample, I get
a click to acknowledge it, but no music is coming up to listen.
I would be very grateful if someone could have a look, and give me some help.
The artist I was looking at was, Art Tatum.
Once again, I'm sorry if this is off topic for this list.
