Hi, I have just installed jaws 6 and am having a problem. I want to make some changes to the configuration manager such as having typing echo set to off rather than character etc. after I had made all the changes I wanted, I pressed ctrl S in order to save my changes. jaws then said 'configuration manager cannot write too . okay button.' if I press ok it gives me a dialogue box where I can choose what I want to save the changes as, there are two possible options which are kurzweil 1000 which of course cannot be used and VRSOFT.jcf. I am just wondering if I should save the file as VRSOFT.jcf. this never happened with the other versions of jaws which just saved the changes as default.jcf so I am a bit worried in case I mess things up. I would appreciate any help. thanks, Husna ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
