A post script, as I telephoned one of the office girls for help.
She says that when it comes to the part asking you to insert fields, it
defaults to the top left of the page, and she clicks the centre of the
page to get it to move to the delivery address block area.
So, how does a jaws user get there via the menus?

Hi all,
MS Word 2003, XP Pro, Jfw 8 Pro.
When doing a mail merge, selecting envelopes, and setting up my fields
from an address data base, selecting envelope size etc, when I check my
address block prior to running the merge, it keeps defaulting to the
return address style, and I want it to setup on a C5, delivery address
style....
I've selected checkbox 5, face down option
Must be something simple, but how do I get this to adopt the delivery
address style, because this just prints at the top left every time, not
what I want.
Any help much appreciated.
