[jaws-uk] Using headings in Word

Hi,
How can I move between headings in a Word document? Am I understanding it
correctly in thinking that, if in outline view, I should be able to press
alt shift down to move to the next heading? All that happens if I do this
is JAWS says "Table of contents, move heading down"; and there are plenty of
headings after the table of contents in this document. Am I
misunderstanding what to do? I'm using JAWS 7.0 and Word 2003.
