[jaws-uk] Unable to read drop down menus

Dear All

This is the second time I have asked and have not had a reply.  I am unable
to read the drop down menus  with Jaws.  I have  tried  Jaws restore but to
no avail.

I have Jaws 4.5.1 pro with Windows 2000 XPpro office .

Please Can anyone help me?
