Deqar Mark,

Many thanks for your very helpful reply. All is now well.

Thanks also to Scott for your very useful suggestions, and to Flor, too.

With very best wishes,

Keith

Hi Keith. Try quitting JFW 7, and navigating to the Version 6 shortcut on
the Desktop with Narrator. When it loads, unpick the appropriate box so it
doesn't load at Startup. If you need further assistance on doing this, then
just come back to me. Hopefully then in future, you can switch between
versions using the method just outlined. Someone with more technical
knowledge would have to step in here, but it sounds to me like you're having
2 versions trying to load on startup, and 7 is winning the battle

HTH.

Cheers,

Mark

P.S. Of course what might be even easier, is you create another hotkey for
the old version. Then when 7 was unloaded, you could simply press the new
combination for V 6.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Two versions of Jaws

Dear all,

Jaws 610, 7, and XP.

My question concerns switching Jaws versions.

I have just installed version 7, and still have 610 installed.

How do I please switch from one version to another. Version 7 now starts,
but when I go into 610 in that group in Programs on the Start menu, and
Enter on Jaws, it still gives me version 7. Is this right, or should I be
able to switch to 610 from here?

Hope someone can help, please.

Many thanks.

Keith
