Hi Maggie I've used this site also for about a year very successfully. I hate it when they improve things, it usually means worse. Officially the new site is supposed to start on 8 May. Anyway, I've had a look and the following has been taken from their site. What do you need to do? To start using the new version of the site you will need to amend your account details. To do this just follow these steps: List of 3 items 1. Go to the Tesco.com website and login to your account (My Account) 2. Under your Account Details select the Accessibility Options link 3. Tick the checkbox and click confirm list end From then on whenever you enter the grocery website via any links on the Tesco.com website you will be automatically redirected to the new Access website. Should you wish to revert to the alternative version of the Grocery site then simply follow the steps detailed above but uncheck the tick box and click Update. This week, they have launched a new, supposedly improved website for V I customers. so far though, I'm finding it much more cumbersome to navigate round. Formerly, products were presented in table form, and by using forms mode, you could quickly first letter navigate your way around these form fields, skipping out the irrelevant fields which asked you to enter quantity, notes etc. The new layout seems to employ the dreaded protected form fields. JAWS, of course doesn't read the protected fields, which means that you can no longer first letter navigate to find products quickly, and that you have to keep on going in and out of forms mode to add items to your shopping basket. Am I missing some really simple way of getting round this problem. I'd be grateful for anyone else's input. Thanks, Maggie ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq -- No virus found in this incoming message.
