Andrew,
Well I think older versions of Jaws will work on Vista?  Not one hundred 
percent on that but sure some one will correct me if I am wrong.

Also who wants to upgrade to Vista straight away, chances are it will be 
full of bugs like XP when it first came out.  The wise will probably wait a 
while until its had a service pack or 2, like SP2 with windows XP and then 
only if and when you need to upgrade your machine.
