Cheers Peter

Got it all sorted out now. I've no idea why some E mails that weren't spam
yesterday are today. I had no idea of the messages I was missing. There was
loads in that bulk folder that shouldn't have been filtered. It's like the
postman deciding what you can and can't have.

Anyway, thanks for the advice.

Johny

  Johny,

BT Yahoo uses a filtering program called Spamguard and if you have it
switched on it will send any mail it considers spam to your bulk folder.

Sign into BT Yahoo with your user name, which is your email address, and
password, then go to "mail" and there you should find 5 folders, one of which
is bulk, the number of messages in each folder is shown against the folder's
name, and there is an "empty" link below it which, if activated, will empty the
folder. To examine the contents of any folder press enter on its name and you
will be taken to the first page, each page contains 25 messages. You can read
an email by pressing enter on the subject line, and you will find a series of
buttons above and below the message which include "not spam" and if you press
enter on this button the message should move to your inbox.

  Hope this helps,

  Pete H.

    Hi there

Anyone know how to get to messages that have been spam filtered? I'm using
BT as my ISP, and they use Yahoo as their E mail server by default. I think
messages are being automatically put into a spam folder, but I don't know how
to get there. Any clues?

    Johny
