Hi Tiddy,

Thanks so much and I also looked back and found your message and the reply
but I don't know if I'm being thick, I've found the voices sub menu but not
anything about languages, I found all the languages but am I in the right
place, in that voices sub menu, I am using Jaws 11 and Outlook 2007 and
/Vista? I went into the options, voices and looked around in there?

Thanks again Mandy

Hi Mandy, I asked this a few days ago. If you want the step by step
guide I'd suggest you look back through your mail, but briefly...
Open the Jaws window, and go to the Languages menu, then to Profiles.
Create a new profile with the charactistics you want and save it

Now, get a Word document on the screen, then open the Jaws window on top
of this, go to the Jaws menu, options, language adjustment, and you'll
find you can select your new profile for the Word application alone.

Hi,

I was hoping there was a way to change the punctuation permanently just
in
Outlook 2007. Checked in the Jaws settings but can only find one way of
changing punctuation permanently and that seems to be global, there
doesn't
seem to be anywhere I can just change the punctuation for Outlook. I've
used the insert V way of doing it but of course as soon as you swop from
one
program to another that setting seems to be lost. Is there a way of
doing
this?
