[jaws-uk] Problems With Jaws 6 Again

Hello,

I have now had service pack 4 installed onto my Windows 200 PC, but
unfortunately noticed no difference in the way Jaws behaves - working fine
for four hours, slowing down and then crashing the whole PC with a
win32k.sys error.

So I uninstalled Jaws 6 and reinstalled it, hoping this might improve
matters. The PC then lasted about five hours before the same problem arose
again.

I have my display set to 32-bit colour and a screen resolution of 1024 by
768, but have thought the next logical thing to try is to alter screen
resolution, so I have lowered to 16-bit colour and will see if this makes
any difference.

In the likely event that it doesn't, does anyone have any more suggestions
about what I can try to get Jaws 6 stable on my PC? I have never had any
problems like this in the two years that I've had this PC, so can't put it
down to the operating system or any software I'm running except for Jaws,
although as Will and George have stated, there's probably something in Jaws
6 whichh is bringing a previously dormant problem to the fore.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Caroline.
