Scott,

Yes, I did have the date format in their ok. It's all very strange.

I can't get those shortcut keys to work either, at least, not when in
day view.

Tink.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Outlook date navigator

Hi

I've been reading with interest the thread on the speaking of days in
Outlook calendar. This is something I've wondered myself, and after Steve's
post about amending the regional settings, I'm glad to say it has worked a
treat for me.

The only thing that springs to mind, Tink, is to check that you copied the
letters exactly as Steve put them in his post. They were a very odd
combination of d's m's and yes with upper and lower case instances, but I'm
sure you probably got it right.

Flushed with success, I decided to delve into the Outlook help system to see
if there were any navigational keystrokes for moving around in the calendar
as is the case with the Pacmate pocket Outlook calendar. to my delight, I
discovered the date navigator keystrokes which move you back and forth
through weeks and months.

These are a combination of alt with home/end, up/down arrow and page up and
down. they move you to the beginning/end of the week, previous and next
occurrence of the day you are focused on and beginning and end of the month.

Unfortunately, the alt with up and down arrow don't appear to work for me.
I've tried it in all views, but to no avail. Anyone got any ideas?

XP home with J7.0.

regards ... Scott
